PJ Design Competition – Public Voting Terms & Conditions
Voting Period
Public voting opens on Monday 29 June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Thursday 2 July 2026. Votes submitted after the closing time will not be counted.
How to Vote
  • Voting takes place exclusively via the Night Sweet Thing website.
  • Six (6) finalist designs have been shortlisted for the public vote.
  • The public is invited to vote for their favourite finalist design.
  • There is no limit to the number of votes an individual may submit.
Winner Selection
  • The design receiving the highest number of valid votes during the voting period will be declared the winner.
  • The winning design will be announced on Friday 3 July 2026 at 12:00am AEST via Night Sweet Thing's website and/or social media channels.
  • In the event of a tie, Night Sweet Thing reserves the right to determine the winning design at its sole discretion.
Fair Voting
Night Sweet Thing reserves the right to monitor voting activity and remove any votes deemed fraudulent, automated, manipulated, duplicated, or otherwise inconsistent with the spirit of the competition. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of bots, scripts, fake accounts, VPNs, or any other method intended to artificially influence the voting outcome.

Night Sweet Thing reserves the right to disqualify votes or take any action it considers appropriate where it reasonably believes the integrity of the voting process has been compromised.

Changes to the Competition
Night Sweet Thing reserves the right to amend, suspend, postpone, or cancel the public voting process or these Terms & Conditions at any time if required due to unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, or any other reason beyond its reasonable control.

Privacy & Marketing
Any personal information collected as part of the public voting process will be used to administer the competition, validate votes, and communicate competition updates where required.

By submitting a vote and providing your consent via the voting form, you agree to receive marketing and promotional emails from Night Sweet Thing. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email.

Night Sweet Thing will handle your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws.

Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the public vote, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

General
Night Sweet Thing's decision regarding all aspects of the public voting process, including the validity of votes and the final result, is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
